Supervising and managing all sales aspects.
Auditing the quality of the service provided by the support team.
Planning and maintaining our knowledge base (support center).
Conducting and managing special cases from customers.
Hiring and training new agents and providing guidance to the team.
Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.
Requirements:
2+ years experience as a support team manager
1+ years experience working as a sales agent / managing sales team.
Full understanding of the website builder field.
Fluent or Native English level
Additional languages - an advantage
Excellent communication skills.
knowledge of HTML and CSS - advantage
